Parents with children attending the centre are required to contribute a non-refundable annual membership fee of $5 to become members of the Association.
Other persons interested in pre-school children’s welfare may also pay the annual membership fee to become members of the Association.
A non-refundable enrolment fee must be paid upon accepting a place at the centre.
These are the daily fees. They are the major means of meeting the ongoing running costs of the centre. They are payable in advance each term.

Working Bee Levy
This levy is paid each term and is refunded in full at the end of the year upon completion of at least three working bee rosters – usually one per term and one fundraising support activity.
All three rosters and fundraising support activity must be completed to be eligible for a refund.
If your child leaves during the year, a proportional refund may be given based on the number of working bees completed.
You may choose not to participate in working bees, in which case levies raised will help pay for lawn mowing expenses.
The total number of working bees can be changed at the Committee’s discretion, should the workload so require.
Excursion/Educational Show Levy
This levy is to help cover the cost of the Educational Shows and Excursion expenses for each child throughout the year. This levy is non-refundable.
Timelines and procedures
Applications to be placed on the kindergarten waiting list are accepted at any time.
The kindergarten holds an enviable reputation amongst the community and it is advisable that forms are placed as soon as practicable. Staff are unable to inform families where they are positioned on the waiting list as this information can change on a regular basis.
Upon receipt of your waiting list form and booking fee, the kindergarten will issue a receipt.
The enrolment procedure commences early in the second semester in the year prior to your child’s eligibility.
Interviews, Orientation Day and the Annual General Meeting for the Parent Management Committee are all held in the last term of the year prior to eligibility.
